Starting a fresh new sourdough journey from scratch and came across this set. It’s so affordable and saved me the hassle from getting different tools from different sellers. Also saved me from finding out what are the basic tools I need. There was some logistics issue, seller was quick to address it and resolved within 24 hours. Very satisfied with the seller and product, eventho initially I was skeptical because the shop was only selling this item and nothing else, there were no reviews from previous purchase. I don’t usually give
