Three tools stand between a dressed pizza and a plate. This is all three, and the peel folds flat so it actually fits somewhere.

The handle folds

Press the knob, rotate the handle, lay it flat against the blade. A full-size peel collapses to roughly the footprint of the blade itself — drawer, cupboard shelf, or hung from the cord loop. Most peels get stored leaning against a wall because nothing else will take them. This one doesn't.

A thin edge that goes underneath

The blade is 30.5 × 24.5cm with a tapered leading edge, thin enough to slide under a cooked pizza rather than shove it. Dust it with semolina or flour and a raw base releases in one push. The wooden handle is 27cm, which keeps your hand away from the oven mouth.

One press, straight through

The 35cm rocker blade is wider than any pizza you'll make at home. Press down once, edge to edge, done. A wheel cutter drags toppings sideways and rakes the cheese into a ridge — a rocker cuts without moving anything. It stores in its own snap-on guard, which matters, because a bare 35cm blade loose in a drawer is a genuinely bad idea.

And a server that lifts cleanly

Offset stainless blade, 14cm, so the slice comes out in one piece instead of you fishing at it with the cutter.

Food-grade stainless

Cheaper folding peels use aluminium. It's lighter, but the leading edge dents where it meets the oven floor and the surface dulls with use. All three pieces here are food-grade stainless steel — rust-resistant, and stiff enough that the blade stays flat under a loaded pizza instead of flexing.

Care

Hand wash the peel — the wooden handle is fixed to the blade, so it can't go in the dishwasher. Rinse and dry it and the stainless stays bright. The cutter and server are dishwasher-safe.
