FROM POUCH TO LOAF โ IN 3 STEPS
Three short steps from dry pouch to bubbly, bake-ready starter โ usually within 2-3 days. Full step-by-step instructions printed on the pouch and at the QR code.
1. Mix 10 g starter + 20 g of lukewarm water.
2. Rest 15 min, then add 10 g flour. Mix well. Cover. After 12โ24 h, when bubbles appear: discard half, feed 10 g flour + 10 g water.
3. After 1โ2 days, when bubbly and doubled, do a final feed: 50 g flour + 50 g water. Once doubled again, you're ready to bake.
