Tap Ask Nora in My KNEVA Kitchen. No sign-in is needed for a temporary text conversation about recipes, starters, baking techniques or KNEVA products. Tell Nora what you are making, your recipe stage and what is happening. Guest chat has no saved profile, account chat history, photo uploads or memory between chats.
Sign in for help tailored to your kitchen
Complete your kitchen profile with your experience, equipment, oven and interests. Nora uses your confirmed profile to tailor her guidance. You can still ask questions while setting it up.
- Attach a saved bake: open it, choose Ask Nora, then Use this bake. You choose which bake to share.
- Share a baking photo: send a photo privately to give visible context. A photo cannot certify internal doneness.
- Return to saved conversations: open Your chats.
Your profile and optional memory are separate
Saved-profile personalisation does not require cross-chat memory. Memory between chats is off until you choose to enable it. Open What Nora remembers to review the policy and review, edit, forget or disable saved memory. Signing in does not automatically turn memory on.
Speak to a human
In either chat, tell Nora: “I want to speak to a human.” A WhatsApp contact link will appear. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm Singapore time, excluding public holidays. After hours, WhatsApp remains available with a delayed-reply notice, and Nora also offers hello@kneva.co. No message is sent automatically and an immediate reply is not promised.
Ask a useful question
Include your recipe, current stage, ingredients or equipment and what you have observed. Nora cannot see a saved bake or photo you have not shared. Check important recipe and product-care details against the linked KNEVA guides.
