Crumbs are KNEVA’s promotional reward points. Earn them through eligible KNEVA online purchases and approved community contributions, then choose to convert available Crumbs into KNEVA store credit. They are not cash and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Earn Crumbs when you shop
Shop at kneva.co using your KNEVA account. Eligible product spending currently earns 2% as Crumbs. For example, S$100 of eligible product spending earns 200 Crumbs, currently worth S$2 in KNEVA store credit. S$100 is the eligible product amount, not the whole checkout total.
Rewards use the discounted product amount. GST and shipping are excluded. Amounts paid with store credit earn no Crumbs. For a mixed payment, the non-store-credit share is allocated proportionally across products, GST and shipping before the reward is calculated. Rounding and eligible product rates follow the recorded order rules.
Only eligible KNEVA online orders paid from the programme opening, 5 November 2026 at 01:25:38 SGT, qualify. There is no historical backfill. This is the KNEVA online-store purchase offer; purchases on other marketplaces are not included in this offer.
Purchase rewards are pending, separate from your available balance. They are checked 30 days after fulfillment and become redeemable only after eligibility verification. Unfulfilled or canceled orders do not automatically earn; refunds can reduce or reverse the related reward and some cases require review. Check Purchase rewards in Your Crumbs for the current status.
Your one-time welcome
Accounts created on or after 2 November 2026 at 00:00 SGT can receive 500 welcome Crumbs once, when they first open Your Crumbs. Earlier accounts are not eligible. Newsletter consent is optional and separate.
Share a bake or help another baker
Choose Share a bake, select one photo, add your caption and confirm public sharing. Your first approved photo post earns 300 Crumbs total, replacing the ordinary award for that post. Later eligible approved photo posts earn 150 Crumbs. The current limit is one rewarded photo post per Singapore calendar month, including the first rewarded post.
Selected helpful replies earn 20 Crumbs each, up to 10 rewarded replies per month. Posting or commenting alone is not a promise of a reward. See the current offers in Your Crumbs before participating.
Your private journal, notes and other photos stay private. Only the photo and caption you explicitly share are submitted for community approval. Saving a private bake or uploading a private photo does not itself earn Crumbs.
Turn available Crumbs into store credit
- Open Your Crumbs in My KNEVA Kitchen. Check Available to redeem, Your activity and Upcoming expiry.
- Choose Redeem Crumbs. The current rate is 100 Crumbs = S$1, with a minimum conversion of 500 Crumbs = S$5.
- Review the amount, credit value, expiry and full terms. Confirm only when you are ready.
- Use the issued store credit at KNEVA checkout while signed into the same KNEVA account.
If a conversion is being checked, wait for its result rather than submitting another. Confirmed redemptions cannot be reversed or exchanged for cash. Purchases made with Crumbs store credit have change-of-mind refund restrictions; rights for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods remain protected under the full policy.
Keep an eye on expiry
Awards normally expire 365 days after earning; each actual expiry appears in your wallet. Conversion does not restart the clock. When awards with different dates are converted together, the store credit keeps the earliest expiry among them.
