KNEVA Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. What is covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship on the following KNEVA products purchased from kneva.co, Shopee, Lazada or an authorised retail store:

Coverage runs from your purchase date — not the day you register: 6 months for Dutch Oven kits, 12 months for the Baking Steel. Registering keeps your proof of purchase and coverage on file.

3. What is NOT covered

• Normal wear and tear, including seasoning changes on cast iron or surface patina on steel.
• Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper care (e.g. dishwasher-cleaning cast iron, thermal shock, dropped or scratched items).
• Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function.
• Damage in transit after delivery.
• All other products: bannetons, liners, scrapers, whisks, brushes, starter cultures, jars and other accessories are not covered by this warranty.
• Consumables and any third-party items bundled in kits.

4. How to register

Register at kneva.co/pages/warranty-registration — it takes about a minute. You will need your name, email, WhatsApp/phone, product, purchase date, order number and a photo of your receipt or order confirmation. Your warranty is active immediately on submission.

5. How to make a claim

Message us on WhatsApp or email support@kneva.co with your Registration ID and proof of purchase. We may ask you to send photos of the issue. If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Shipping for replacements is covered by KNEVA within Singapore.

6. General

• This warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights under Singapore law.
• The warranty is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Refunds are not processed through this warranty — refunds follow the return policy of the channel where you purchased.
• KNEVA may update these terms; changes apply to purchases made after the update date.
